Our Transformational Programs aim at bringing you back to a state of equilibrium – to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life! We do this by introducing sustainable lifestyle changes with the help of Yoga, Mindset and Holistic Nutrition.
The programs run for 4 weeks with in-person lectures, classes, discussion and online practice, recipes and meditation audios. The group is maximum of 4 people so that intimacy and privacy is achieved and maintained.
