Raw Pumpkin Pie

Say Goodbye to colds and flu with this Vitamin C booster!

  • 4 cups grated raw organic pumpkin (or chopped, blend it in the processor later) 
  • 1 cup dates (soaked 20 minutes)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 TBsp organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup soaked cashewnuts
  • Water if needed
                                                                                                                                       Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined and crumbly and garnish with dates and almond. Enjoy!!! :)))
