4 cups grated raw organic pumpkin (or chopped, blend it in the processor later)
1 cup dates (soaked 20 minutes)
2 tablespoons fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cloves
1 TBsp organic coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
1/2 cup soaked cashewnuts
Water if needed
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined and crumbly and garnish with dates and almond. Enjoy!!! :)))
