This is the recipe that will turn you into a Raw-Foodist! :)))
The truffels are so delicious, a great healthy substitude for a boring chocolate bar!
-1 1/2 Cup soaked walnuts (you can also use sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, sunfower seeds, or anything else you have in your cupboard! Try to soak the nuts so that htey are easy to digest)
-1/2 Cup soaked (or soft) dates
-1 tsp cinnamon (optionsl)
-The seeds of 1 vanilla bean (optional)
– 1/4 Nutmeg
-2 TBsp Raw Cacao Powder
-Dry Coconut for decoration
1. Process the nuts/seeds in the food processor. Keep processing them until you can’t see the nuts anymore, but stop processing before they get too soft looking.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (without the coconut). Process again until everything is well mixed and clumped together. Have a taste and add extra honey if you like them more sweet.
3. Roll balls with your hand and roll them into the coconut, cocoa powder or goji berries.
Enjoy! This is an amazing snack that everyone loves!
