Group Yoga Classes
By joining the group yoga classes, you become one of us: a community that aspires to be healthier, happier, more fulfilled.
We come to our mats, and together guided by our breath we flow like an ocean wave in exploration of the asanas and rediscovery of ourselves. We become one - strong, powerful, united.
Using the breath as a vehicle to calm the mind and draw the awareness inwards, we create a 'vinyasa' - breath-synchronised flow with a creative touch - diving into imaginative and challenging sequences that rejuvenate the body and mind. Each class finishes with a guided mediation and visualisation while relaxing in Shavasana (Corps pose). The final part of the Yoga practice releases natural brain tranquilizers - lowering blood pressure, heart rate, and anxiety/stress levels. It brings positive emotions and energy, and leaves you feeling light, happy and joyful.
