We believe in giving back to our community and supporting those in need.
Around 80% of the population in the world live on less than USD 2 per day! Many children live in a complete poverty: they are dying from hunger and diseases, don’t have the means to attend schools and have to do intense labour work to help their families survive.
Being fortunate enough to live in abundance, we feel strongly in the concept of contribution and Karma Yoga – doing something without any expectation of return: selfless actions for the benefit of others.
We have already organised Karma Yoga trips to orphanages in Kerala (India), Charity Yoga classes for supporting children hurricane victims in the Philippines, Yoga for Breast cancer awareness, and many more.
The latest initiative is called “I Have a Dream” and is to support children education in the Philippines. It is astonishing that nowadays children around the world still don’t have access to education and they “Dream” to go to school. Many kids in the Philippines must work on the fields to help their parents bring food to the table, they don’t have the means – clothes, shoes, books, transport, etc. to attend schools.
“I Have a Dream” initiative will allow you to sponsor (at least) one child, to pay for the basic requirements for clothing, books and school fees so that they can attend school. You will receive full information about the child, regular updates and progress report. You will know how the donations are spent and how that child is getting on at school.
If you wish to be part of this wonderful initiative and help a child live their Dream, please send us a message and we’ll respond with more details.
