Family Yoga, Wellness and Nature Retreat in Sri Lanka

You and your family are invited to be immersed in nature and to be carried away by exotic breezes and fresh ocean waves. 

Join us on this unique experience to replenish your body, mind and spirit while strengthening family bonds and reconnecting with what matters most. Start your day with an uplifting yoga session, meditation and a healthy breakfast on the beach.

During this enchanting week you will become grounded in nature as you practice yoga and meditation daily. Your little ones will be entertained at the Kids Club while you lie back in Shavasana. After that you will join together for healthy food workshops, soak in fresh water pools, cycle along coconut lined paths and voyage the waters to watch dolphins and whales.

There are plenty of extra day trips including a National Park Safari and visiting a local orphanage. These activities are aimed at bringing joy to your family, but also raising awareness and giving back to others.
